Shipping policy

Shipping takes place within 2-5 days after placing your order.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delayed shipments or any harm that may happen to your product during shipping. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@maplewheelsfb.com.

Tracking and NO tracking- Please note that some rates include tracking and some do not.  If you do not receive a tracking number it is because you did not pay for tracking. Read shipping rates carefully to make sure that you have correctly chosen the right shipping preferences.

If you place an order without tracking, we are not able to locate your item, and we are not liable for missing, or lost shipments.
